Camp Leader - Kate Bryan

Kate Bryan is a local music teacher, choir director, singer, entertainer and founder of GirlSing singing, songwriting and art camp. She teaches Music Together and is the Music Together Center Director for the Gallatin Valley, having successfully completed the Music Together® teacher training workshop developed by the Center for Music and Young Children® in Princeton, New Jersey.

Kate's mission in life is to be a "Creative Spirit Catalyst Through Music for People of all Ages). I addition to being a vocalist , she is a singer, musician (guitar, ukelele and clarinet) and “spoof” song writer). She directs the Singing Souls Senior Chorus and the Groovin' Women Chorus. She is also known for here one-person theatrical storytelling of rendition ofDr. Seuss "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" which she shares every year in a food raiser for the Gallatin Valley Food Bank.

Over the years she's been in numerous performing groups including the Combustion Chamber Singers (Seattle), Calliope Women's Choir (Minneapolis), The Voodoo Hotdogs with Sweet Relish (Bozeman), The DupliKates and the Sassafras Trio. Her most recent band is Kate & The AlleyKats.

Kate & The AlleyKats perform at local public venues (eating establishments and community gathering places) and also for private events including fundraisers, dances, conventions, weddings, private parties and holiday gathering.
